Rest Haven Nursing Home requires a full-time chaplain to give pastoral care to residents, family members and employees in accordance with its mission statement: "To provide long-term care in a Christian environment where compassion, love, care and understanding are practice; believing this to be an authentic expression of Christ’s mission and ministry."
    Duties will include planning, developing, coordinating, and conducting religious services for residents; planning and maintaining a visitation program for residents; giving counsel and guidance to residents, family members and employees. A college degree in pastoral studies, clinical pastoral education or equivalent work experience is needed. Fluency in Low German is desirable.
